To have a better idea of the fin-head bouzouki design, I created a complete 3D model, accordingly to the first drawings.
I will need to move the center sound-hole lower, where the volume of air is larger due to the domed shape of the instrument's body.
I will also need to increase the width of the side capping strips (παραπετια),at the front area where the formation of the "fin" extensions occurs.
I still haven't decide if the construction of this instrument will carry the simplified flat back or the unique combination of bowl and flat.
