The final photos
And the pre-war minimalism!
Giannis sent me today, the final photos, having my pre-war style trixordo resting next to a rebetiki guitar made by old rosewood.
Just days before I hear its sound, the simplicity of the pre-war era has won my heart.
I must admit that, deciding to finally use this simple design, became a small journey, which took me approximately a month, and a rejection of over 50 different original designs.
Passion, love and culture, are the elements necessary for someone to evaluate and assess the beauty of the pre-war's rebetika era minimalism.
The simplicity (δωρικοτητα) of this instrument's appearance, will perfectly align with the simplicity (δωρικοτητα) and purity of the pre-war rebetiko sound!
